Uhm... I will try to explain this for the non-music students (I'm not very good at explaining these things, you see). A Perfect Authentic Cadence is the resolution of a phrase or musical idea by means of the chord progression V - I (V - i in minor keys), or quite often V6/4 - V - I (which probably doesn't make sense either). In other words, if you listen to end of a phrase in any given song, and the melody/harmony is nicely resolved, that's probably a Perfect Authentic Cadence.
